The Infinite Ammo applies to all weapons except the Remote Bomb, and eliminates the need to carry separate ammunition for different weapons (enhanced ammo and differing grenade round types inclusive). The item must be put in the player's inventory for it to function. After clearing the game on Madhouse difficulty, the Infinite Ammo will be put in the Item Box on subsequent playthroughs and will refresh in the item box should players discard it.
